ALLDATA Is Temporarily Unavailable

Do I need to tell ALLDATA when a product is down?

No. We get an alert if there is a problem and start working on it right away.

Is the product down, or is it a problem with my computer?

If a product is down during business hours, we will post a message on the ALLDATA Support Center.

Here's a way to check:

  • If you have tried closing and reopening your Internet browser (such as Internet Explorer) and you still can't open your product...

  • Try opening your ALLDATA product on a different computer.

    • If you can't open your ALLDATA product on a different computer, but you can open other websites - yes, the product is down.

    • If you can't open any websites (or only some websites) on a different computer, you may be having troubles with your Internet service, Internet connectivity, or network configuration.

      • Please contact your in-house technical support, a computer technician, or your Internet Service Provider (ISP) for assistance.

How will I know when the product is up again?

  • If it is during business hours: See if the "product down" messaging has been removed from the ALLDATA Support Center.

  • To check on your own: Close your Internet browser, then reopen it and return to the ALLDATA website every 10-15 minutes until the product is up and running.
