After the download is complete, an ALLDATA Support window will pop up. Read and accept the Terms and Conditions to continue.
A chat window will appear. When an ALLDATA Technician is available, they will send you a chat message.
Click OK when you are prompted to let the ALLDATA Technician connect to your computer remotely.
The ALLDATA Technician may communicate with you via chat or phone during the support session.
