The Network configuration is being recognized as a “Local
Intranet” and blocking access to some functions.
Click Tools (gear icon at top right).
Select “Internet Options”.
Open ALLDATA Repair / Collision Updated (my.alldata.com).
Press the Ctrl and F5 keys on your keyboard AT THE SAME TIME.
This clears the browser cache and your product should work correctly.
Customers do not receive emailed quotes from ALLDATA Quote.
You received a “Message Undeliverable” email from the
customer’s email provider.
The email address you have set up in ALLDATA Quote is hosted by
Yahoo, Google or other providers that have strict email
