TEMPORARY SOLUTION: Manually adjust print scaling in your browser’s print settings at the time of printing. (Google Chrome is recommended)
Google Chrome

Click the Print button in the diagram viewer.
-
Click More Settings
-
Click Scale >> select Custom
-
Select an appropriate scale setting and use the print preview to verify when the image will properly fit on the page.
-
Note: Wide images may fit better if the Layout option is set to Landscape
-
Microsoft Edge
-
Click the Print button in the diagram viewer.
-
Click More Settings
-
Select an appropriate Scale setting and use the print preview to verify when the image will properly fit on the page.
-
Note: Wide images may fit better if the Layout option is set to Landscape
-
Microsoft Internet Explorer / Mozilla Firefox
-
Click the Print button in the diagram viewer.
-
Select your printer (if necessary) >> click Preferences
-
The preferences menu for your printer will display.
-
Notes:
-
Each printer will have it’s own set of menus and options and cannot be fully covered by this support article.
-
If your printer does not include a scale option, we recommend using Google Chrome to print.
-
-
-
Look through the available options to find the available scale settings. This will typically display as a percentage (%) and could be labeled similar to the following: scale, output size, zoom, shrink etc.
-
Here you can reduce the size of your image to fit on a single sheet of paper. Depending on the original size and orientation of the image, this may require a reduction to around 30-40% of the original size.
