Access the Admin screen by clicking your name in the top menu and then selecting one of the following:
Shop Profile includes your company contact information and the total number of Access Points available for each of your ALLDATA products.
Contact your ALLDATA Account Manager directly, or dial 800-859-3282 (Option 4), to add additional access points
User Management allows you to:
Add and remove users
Edit user profiles
Set user roles and access to certain products
Access Management allows you to:
View at-a-glance how many access points are currently being used
Remove access from specific users to allow other users to log in
The user will be logged out of the product access point after 30 minutes of inactivity.
The user will not have to log back in to access the product, but will only regain access if there is an available access point.
The user will be logged out of the system after 7 days of inactivity.
The user will have to log back in with their username and password.
