An ALLDATA Manage Online Error message appears while completing various tasks.

 


Possible Cause(s)


Temporary internet data is out of date or corrupt after a product update or change has been made. 

 


Suggested Solution(s)


  1. Clear the Work Document

    1. Click Return to go back the previous screen you were working on.

    2. From the Work screen, click Clear All.

  2. Clear Cookies

    • Click Remove Cookies on the ALLDATA Manage Online Error screen.

  3. Contact ALLDATA

    • If the problem persists after clearing the Work Document and Cookies, contact ALLDATA at 1-800-859-3282.
