Internet Browser Setup

Your Internet browser must have the following set up for ALLDATA Manage Online to work correctly: 

  • Trusted Sites

  • Pop-up Blocker

  • Adobe Reader

 

For the best performance, follow the instructions for Internet Explorer 9, 10, 11 or Google Chrome below:

 

Internet Explorer

 

Download and run the Online Setup Tool:
  1. Double-click the file that appears.

  2. Enter alldata in the Password box.

  3. Follow the on-screen prompts.

The Online Setup Tool automatically does the following so that you won’t have any issues using ALLDATA Manage Online:
  • Updates the Internet Explorer browser settings:

    • Configures Pop-Up Blocker settings

    • Configures Trusted Sites

    • Configures Compatibility View settings

  • Creates Shortcuts and Favorites to ALLDATA Manage Online and ALLDATA Support 

  • Checks for Adobe Reader

*Complete this process on ALL computers that will be logging in to ALLDATA Manage Online.

 

The Online Setup Tool only takes a minute or two.

When it’s complete, you will be automatically taken to the login page.

Setting Up Your Trusted Sites

  • Open Internet Explorer, click Tools >> click Internet Options.

  • In the Internet Options window click Security >> Trusted Sites >> Sites.

  • Uncheck the Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone check box.

  • In Add this website to the zone, type http://manageonline.alldata.com  >> click Add >> Close.

 

Setting Up Your Pop-Up Blocker

  • From the Internet Explorer menu bar select Tools >> Pop-up Blocker >> Pop-up Blocker settings.

  • In the Address of website to allow section, type http://manageonline.alldata.com >> click Add >> Close.

Installing Adobe Reader

  • ALLDATA Manage Online uses Adobe Acrobat Reader to display printable estimates, repair orders and invoices. If you do not already have Adobe Acrobat Reader or Adobe Acrobat Pro on your computer then you will need to download it.

  • To download, learn more, or upgrade to a newer version of Adobe Acrobat Reader, click HERE.

Logging In To ALLDATA Manage Online

  • To log in to the ALLDATA Manage Online site, go to http://manageonline.alldata.com and enter your username and password >> click Login.

  • For information on how to create a Shortcut or Favorite to easily return to the ALLDATA Manage Online website, click HERE.

Setting Up Your Trusted Sites

  • Open Chrome, click the Menu icon in the upper right corner >click Settings

  • Choose Advanced

  • Under Privacy, click Content Settings

  • Click Cookies.

  • Choose Add, next to Allow

  • In the Add a site popup window, type http://manageonline.alldata.com >> click ADD.

Setting Up Your Pop-Up Blocker

  • Open Chrome, click the Menu icon in the upper right corner >> click Settings.

  • Choose Advanced.

  • Under Privacy and security, click Content Settings.

  • Scroll down and click Pop-ups.

  • Select Add, next to Allow.

  • In the Add a site popup window, type http://manageonline.alldata.com >> click ADD.
