Integrating ALLDATA Manage and QuickBooks - Step 5 of 5

IMPORTANT - If ANY requirement from Steps 1-4 has NOT been met, the integration will NOT be possible. 

 

Ready to integrate?

  1. If you have networked (connected) computers, submit the request form (below) from the ALLDATA Manage SERVER computer.

  2. Make sure that the QuickBooks Company File is open on the ALLDATA Manage SERVER computer.

  3. Make sure that you are logged in as an ADMINISTRATOR to both Windows and QuickBooks.

  4. Technicians are available Monday - Friday, 6am - 4pm PST.

 

Submit a request for an ALLDATA Technician to connect to your computer REMOTELY and complete the integration.

  1. Read the steps below to know what to expect, then submit the form found at the end.

  2. After you submit the form, download the Support-LogMeInRescue file that opens..

    • Not sure how to download a file? Click HERE for instructions.

  3. After the download is complete, an ALLDATA Support window will pop up. Read and accept the Terms and Conditions to continue. 

  4. A chat window will appear. When an ALLDATA Technician is available, you will receive a chat message.

    • The ALLDATA Technician may have multiple sessions ahead of your request. Please be patient if there is a short wait time.

    • You can continue to use your computer before the integration starts - just keep the chat window visible so that you can see when an ALLDATA Technician becomes available.

  5. Click OK when you are prompted to let the ALLDATA Technician connect to your computer remotely.

  6. Once a technician is available and remotely connects to your computer, allow 20-60 minutes for the integration (if you manually cleared out all reports yourself), depending on the number of computers to be integrated.

    • The ALLDATA Technician may communicate with you via chat or phone during the integration.
