Growing up, I always had a fascination with cars and, from a young age, a desire to know how everything works. This has taken me on a career path that has weaved and wandered through a wide range of experiences. Because of this, I started my career by going to UTI after high school. I thoroughly enjoyed tech school and earned the Dave Hill award. This is an award that recognizes the top student of the graduating class.
I worked as a general service tech for Firestone while going to school. I knew I wanted to advance my career so after graduation, I moved on to a business called Corvettes of Houston. This was a dream job for me at the time and I gained experience with everything from ground up restorations to high-end performance modifications.
Since then, I have worked in many different positions. I have owned my own business, ran other people’s businesses and built some really sweet rides. Among them, 1000+ HP Corvettes, excavators, Rolls Royce restorations, South American 1970’s diesel Land Cruisers, modern diesel trucks and even a “Monster Truck” that was featured on Velocity network’s Dallas Car Sharks. I can and have worked on just about anything!
During my free time, I enjoy visiting parks and museums and spending time with my wife, son and stepdaughter. You will also find me cheering for the Texas Rangers, Tar Heel basketball and watching Formula One. I feel that my vast experience can help any tech successfully get to the bottom of those difficult diagnostic problems. I look forward to talking to you soon.
