No image appears after selecting the Zoom and
Print option (usually for Internet Explorer 10 users).
Compatibility View is turned off.
Open your ALLDATA product in Internet Explorer 10.
Click Tools >> Compatibility View
If the Tools option isn’t showing, press the
ALT key on your keyboard to make it
Select (check) Display all webpages in Compatibility
View >> Click Close.
Close ALL Internet Explorer windows.
Reopen your ALLDATA product. Images should now display
