As part of our ongoing quest to make your job easier, we’ve added great new features to ALLDATA Collision S3500
February 2015 updates
ALLDATA Repair S3000 and ALLDATA Collision S3500 have been updated with new colors and graphics to give the sites a modern look and feel.
All the existing functions of the website have remained the same. It may look a little different, but there are no changes to the way the website operates.
If the new look is not displaying correctly, press the CTRL and F5 keys on your keyboard at the same time to refresh the screen.
We have added a Message Center to keep you up to date with new product features and ways that your current ALLDATA subscription can save you time and money.
When you receive a message for the first time, the Message Center icon will appear in the upper right corner of your product.
Click the Message Center icon to view your messages.
February 2014 updates
Enter the VIN to auto-fill the Year, Make, Model and Engine.

Saved Articles List
The Saved Articles fly-out window now opens when you click on it instead of when you mouse over it.

We updated the graphics to make it fast and easy to find what you’re after. The new graphics match the look and feel you’ll see on all ALLDATA websites and materials.

We moved the search to the top-right section of the page and added the type-ahead function. As you type in the search field, the system will automatically suggest component names. Just click on a suggested term to start your search.

We’ve made it easier to save and retrieve articles by:
Grouping saved articles by vehicle
Displaying more descriptive article titles
Making the saved article screen easier to access
Increasing the number of saved articles from 10 to 15
Click the icon to save an article to the list, which appears in an easy-to-view window. When you’re done with an article or repair, you can remove individual articles or all articles for a particular vehicle.

You can now view multiple information types with a simple click-and-go process. Filter selections remain in place as you navigate and you can clearly see filter changes in the navigation tree and search results.

New “Library Request” Link
Customers often tell us how much they appreciate having access to our expert research team. Now we’ve made that access easier by putting the Library Request link where you can find it quickly.
When you click on the link, you go straight to the Library Request form. The system helps out by capturing and filling in vehicle information for you, making it easy on you and helping us improve our response speed and accuracy.
