The Shop Information includes:

• shop name, address, phone, and email

• shop number

• license numbers

• shop supply and hazardous materials fees

• tax rates

• part markup and profit margin rates

• header and footer messages

• print options · how long to save estimates

• data input validation settings

• backup settings

• starting repair order and estimate numbers

• cost warning option

• partial payment warning option

Setting up your shop information:

• From the Setup shortcut bar, select Company Setup.

• Fill in the information on each tab:

  • General Tab

  • Tax/Markups Tab (Price Matrix Setup)

  • Print Format Tab

  • Data Validation Tab

  • Setup Tab

  • Preferences Tab

• When finished with all tabs, click Submit.
