Accounts are put on hold when the credit card was declined. An account was created, but the subscription was not activated and your card was not charged.
Things to try:
Log in to your account >> click Purchase New Subscription >> follow the prompts, double-checking that you enter the correct credit card number, expiration date and personal information.
Did you move recently? The card will be declined if the address on file with ALLDATA is different from the address on file with your credit card company.
If the card is declined again, contact your credit card provider for further assistance.
