Purchased the Wrong Year, Make, Model or Engine
If you have purchased a vehicle with the wrong year, make, model or engine:
Select the Missing or Incorrect Vehicle on My Account option on the form found HERE.
Complete the form and click Submit.
Please be sure that you provide accurate information to receive a timely response.
Missing Vehicle on Your Account
When a vehicle is not showing on your account, it is usually because multiple accounts have been created. The vehicle will usually be accessible using the other Login Name and Password.
If you know the other Login Name and Password:
Go to alldatadiy.com >> Subscriber Login.
Log in to the other account.
