Available only to current ALLDATA Repair or ALLDATA Collision customers. Tech-Assist subscribers get three cases per month, and each case includes unlimited calls with one of our ASE-Certified Master Technicians until your problem’s solved*. Plus, you can unlock virtually unlimited cases beyond the three-per-month allotment. Just contact the Tech-Assist team once your problem is fixed to officially “Verify” what worked. Then a new case is added to your monthly case allotment. It’s as simple as that: Call. Repair. Verify. Repeat.
