App Display Issues

If the app appears to be non-responsive or not displaying properly:

  1. Force close the app.

    1. Quickly press the Home button two times.

    2. Swipe left to find the app you want to close. 

    3. Swipe up on the app’s preview to close it. 

  2. Verify you have the most recent version of the ALLDATA® MobileSM app installed on your tablet by clicking HERE.
