Pop-up Windows Turn Black
Symptom(s)
Black bars appears on the header or footer of some pop-up windows.
Possible Cause(s)

An older version of the Android operating system is installed on the device.

While we do our best to test our software on a wide range of devices, due to the increasingly large amount of Android devices and operating system versions available, we cannot guarantee that all devices will operate the same way.
Suggested Solution(s)
- Update to a more recent version of Android (If your device is capable of installing a newer version)
- We are currently looking into a resolution for this issue with older operating system versions.
