To add a new customer, click Customer
Fill in the customer information.
If the Customer ID is left
blank, one will be created automatically.
Save time by using the Post Code Lookup
to complete the customer address.
Select a customer.
For information about adding and searching for customers, click HERE.
If a customer was selected prior to adding the vehicle, the vehicle will be added to the customer record.
From the Work screen click Symptoms & DTCs or the pencil icon.
On the Work tab, select Add Job >> Labor .
Note: Using this method will not automatically apply a parts markup.
To learn how to enable markup pricing, see Pricing.
From the Work screen, click Estimate, Create R/O or Invoice.
Estimate and Create R/O
These may be modified and saved, or turned into Invoices at a later time.
These options will immediately display a printable PDF document.
