After you submit the form, download the Support LogMeInRescue file that opens.

After the download is complete, an ALLDATA Support window will pop up. Read and accept the Terms and Conditions to continue.
A chat window will appear. When an ALLDATA Technician is available, you will receive a chat message.
The ALLDATA Technician may have multiple sessions ahead of your request. Please be patient if there is a short wait time.
You can continue to use your computer before the installation starts – just keep the chat window visible so that you can see when an ALLDATA Technician becomes available.
Click OK when you are prompted to let the ALLDATA Technician connect to your computer remotely.
The ALLDATA technician will contact you via chat or phone within 10 minutes after connection is established.
