Symptom(s)

• Unable to select a vehicle, parts, or other items within the WHI catalog.

Possible Cause(s)

• WHI Solutions has updated their catalog platform to a layout that is not compatible with ALLDATA Manage (DVD).

Suggested Solution(s)

• Short Term - Select Classic Catalog from the WHI Catalog menu.

  • Note: The classic catalog will only be available until the end of 2016.

  

• Long Term - Switch to ALLDATA Manage Online

  • Due to technology limitations, the Manage DVD version will not function with the WHI catalog once the Classic Catalog option is removed by WHI. 

  • Manage Online will be compatible with the latest WHI catalog update before the Classic Catalog expires and also includes many additional features that do not appear within the DVD version.
