Use the General tab to enter, edit, or display the vehicle’s general information.

General tab fields:

• License (10 character maximum)

• VIN (20 character maximum)

• Transmission (30 character maximum)

• Color (20 character maximum)

• Manufacture Date

  • Note: The manufacture date will be printed on the invoice and labeled DOM.

• Unit #: for fleet vehicles only (10 character maximum)

• Current Mileage (10 character maximum)

• Select the Labor Tax Exempt or Parts Tax Exempt check boxes as appropriate to indicate the tax status for the vehicle.

• Use the Add Recommendations or the View Recommendations buttons to add or display details about the existing recommendations for this vehicle.
