Saving Orders as Repair Orders

  1. Create a new Estimate or Repair Order.

  2. Assign a customer and vehicle.

  3. Add at least one Job.

  4. Click Save As RO.

    • Note: You can also save Orders as Repair Orders from the Work in Progress window.

    • A customer must be selected and at least one Job added before the Order can be saved.

    • Once an Order is saved as a Repair Order, it is assigned a Repair Order number.
