In the ALLDATA/AZ Commercial iSHOP
Configuration Utility box, verify that the
Computer Name is listed in the
Registered Clients box.
If it IS listed, iSHOP is already
If it is NOT listed, continue to the next steps.
When clicking on the following buttons, an MS DOS prompt
window with a black background will briefly pop up then
disappear. Wait for the window to go away before clicking on
the next button.
Click on Unregister Server (bottom-right
Click on Unregister Client (top-right
Click on Register Server (bottom-left
iSHOP is now registered.
The name of the computer should appear in the
Registered Clients box on the right.
Close the ALLDATA/AZ Commercial iShop Configuration
Utility by clicking on the X in the
Open ALLDATA® ManageSM
and reopen the catalog.
IMPORTANT - If
your shop has networked computers, repeat this process on EACH
computer that uses ALLDATA Manage or a
third-party shop management system that is iSHOP compliant.
