Symptom(s):

The ALLDATA^® Manage^SM 4.9 Parts and Labor Catalog will display national, but not local AutoZone prices or options to order parts.

An error message will occur if a deactivated/incorrect PIN is entered and the Update Password and MCL button is pressed.

• Error mesage: "There was an error calling the AutoZone Ordering Web Service.  Customer has been deactivated."

Possible Cause(s):

A deactivated or invalid PIN is entered in the Catalog Setup AutoZone PIN field.

Suggested Solution(s):

Enter a valid Commercial Autozone PIN in the AutoZone PIN field on the Company Setup >> Catalog Credentials tab.
