Editing a labor rate that appears on unposted orders will NOT change the rate on those unposted orders.

• To change the labor rate on an unposted order, a manual change must be made to the order.

• Editing a labor rate does not affect cashiered and posted orders or service history.

To edit a labor rate:

1. Click Setup >> Labor Rates.

   • Result: A list of labor rates is displayed.

2. Click to highlight the labor rate you want to edit.

3. Click Edit.

   • Result: An Edit Labor Rate dialog box is displayed.

4. Make desired change(s) to:

   • Labor Rate Code: Letters or numbers identify the rate.

   • Description: A brief description/name of the rate.

   • Rate: The hourly rate.

5. Click Submit.

6. Click Close.
