Deleting a job status code changes unposted orders, but does NOT change cashiered or posted orders.

1. From the Setup menu or shortcut bar, select Job Status Codes.

   • Result: A list of job status codes is displayed.

     • If the list box is empty, there are no job status codes to delete.

2. Click to highlight the job status code you are deleting.

3. Click Delete.

   • Result: A message box asks if you want to delete this item.

4. Click Yes to complete the deletion.
