Deleting a customer does not alter any posted or unposted orders.

• The customer is removed from the Customers list, but any vehicles attached to the customer are still in the Vehicles list.

• Unposted and cashiered orders still display in  Work in Progress.

• Cashiered and posted orders are still available in Service History.

• Customers with a balance due can NOT be deleted.

To delete a customer:

1. Click Main >> Customers.

2. Click to highlight and select the customer to be deleted.

3. Click Delete.

   • Result: A message box asks if you want to delete this item.

4. Click Yes.
