Customers: Comments Tab
Use the Comments tab to add, edit or view notes specific to a customer:

Enter or overtype any notes you want to save about this customer in the text field.

Note: It is a good idea to date and initial all comments to avoid confusion later.

Example: "9/17/12 HK: Customer called about..."
