Sending a Text Message to the Customer from the Work Document
Notes: Manage Online standard text messaging service is currently limited to 250 outgoing messages per month (Not available in Canada). Increase monthly limit and utilize 2 way texting services by adding a Twilio account.
You can send a text message to your customer from the Work document. Write a new message or send a predefined General text message.
From the Work Document:
- Click the Message icon to message the currently selected customer (or Message button to manage previous conversations, if two-way texting is enabled )
- Start typing a new message or open the message folder to select predefined messages a Predefined Message or write a new Message >> click Send.
- For details on how to create messages, see Creating and Editing Messages.
- The message has been sent >> click OK.
