myCARFAX Does Not Respond

Symptom(s)

  • myCARFAX shows as Connected in the setup screen, but does not respond after the 24 hour connection period.

 

Possible Cause(s)

  • The Company Name field contains special characters.
    • Examples: &  #  "  '  ,  *  .
