The CAIS Exams, tailored to the version of ALLDATA Repair that you subscribe to, are structured to make sure that your technicians develop expertise with the system.

Can anyone become certified?

These tests are intended for professional customers ONLY.

Please have your Account Number (found on your bill) or your Account Phone Number ready. You will be asked to enter this information in the form at the end of the exam.
What happens after I take the exam?

When you score 70% or higher, ALLDATA will send you two patches and a certificate of achievement.
-
To demonstrate your professionalism to customers, hang the certificate in a prominent location for them to see and sew the patches on your uniform.

Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for ALLDATA to process the CAIS exams and mail the patches and certificates.
